Conversation Group

2.30–3.30pm, Saturday 14 September
Project Space/Foyer, Contemporary Art Tasmania
Free event

Taking inspiration from the book club circle, Book Club is a recurring event where we can come together to discuss ideas, in response to a curated ‘book club list’. This first conversation group will focus on a list with references offered by the artists of the Absolute Piston Gauges program.

Book Club is a project that provides artists and audience with insights into artistic practice and process outside of the exhibition model, prompting us to consider what ideas, content, and material artists are engaging with as they shape the cultural landscape around us.
