Jarrod Rawlins is a writer, curator at Mona and part of the Shotgun 6 curatorium. Helen Hughes is Research Curator at Monash University Museum of Art, and Assistant Lecturer, Art History and Curatorial Practice, Monash University – Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture. She is a co-founder and co-editor of the contemporary Australian art journal Discipline and a Shotgun 6 mentor. A Published Event is Margaret Woodward and Justy Phillips, artists, writers and publishers. Patrice Sharkey is the Director of West Space, Melbourne, and a previous member of un Magazine’s Advisory Committee.
This symposium is the third in a series of Shotgun 6 events dealing with issues relating to professional art practice today. Shotgun is a partnership project between Detached, Mona and CAT.
